John McCain is an Idiot and here is proof!

Posted by Justin on September 19, 2007

Hello everyone! Some of you may already know me, but please let me introduce myself. I am Becky’s husband Justin and I operate The Sanctuary. When Becky asked me recently to become the political commentator here on RDD I right away said yes. I would like to point out that politics is something that I am very passionate about. I am passionate about it because it something that is not only vitally important to our lives but I am simply NOT happy with the actions of some that operate our nation. In my life I have heard people say “Why the hell should I vote, like they care what I think!” That is exactly why you should vote and why you should take a stand for what is right for our country. Our nation has evolved into a nation where a majority is trashing what so many people died to protect. In these days if you do not cater to the right wing nut jobs and/or the big corporations you are considered Anti-American! I say screw that crap!

I am independent and I vote for the person and never for any party! As with my site, The Sanctuary, here at RDD in these posts I will push all the lines and cross each and every one of them. Some of these post may make you angry, some may make you laugh, and some may make you outraged. But whatever feeling you get from these post it is my hope that they make you think! I am not in the business of posting to please any one majority.

These are my feelings and now I will display them for you here at Rainy Day Dreams! Now with both feet, I jump in.

There was a day that, as an independent, I highly respected Sen. John McCain. But he is now showing me with each passing day that he is an ignorant moron! McCain has shown that he would be a very bad pick for this nation. He, along with Rudy Giuliani, are just as bad for America as George W. Bush. They are both a disgrace and would sell this nation out to the neo-cons just as fast as Bush could fuck up a wet dream!

Recently John McCain opened his puppet mouth to do an interview with CNN. In this post, I have a few words to say about this fucking waste of damaged DNA.

As taken from the above linked interview with McCain:

“Where in the Constitution of the United States does it say that the Congress decides how long people will spend on tours of duty and how long they will spend back in the United States? It’s blatantly unconstitutional,” McCain said. “The Constitution of the United States said Congress will declare wars and fund wars.”

Here are a few points on this one:

1. You’re right jack ass in that Congress is the only branch of the United States government that can declare war. That being said, and this is not popular among some in America, but The Congress has NOT declared War since World War II. The current action in Iraq is a military action and NOT war! Some want to say that it is a war, The War on Terror, but it is not. Congress gave authorization for the military action in Iraq and agreed to fund said action. In truth Iraq was not about The War on Terror. Are there terrorist in Iraq right now? Yes there is but they got there due to the poor leadership and planning on the part of the Commander in Chief and the Secretary of Defense in the early part of said military action. Terrorist are in Iraq because our military is in Iraq. What better place to attack the United States troops then IRAQ!

2. McCain wishes to be The President of the United States of America and does not even know what the fuck he is talking about. In the Constitution of the United States it states in Article I Section 8 “The Congress shall have power…To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces”
2a. The Congress has the right to say OK if you want funding for this military action then you MUST go by these rules. If you fail to go by the rules that we are allowed to set as granted to us in the Constitution of the United States then we will revoke the funding and order the troops out of Iraq!

3. It is also a matter of balance of power. From the Government’s Mission Statement written by Senator Brent Hill it states, under Balance of Power:  “The first three establish the three branches of government: The legislative, the executive, and the judicial. Each branch is independent of the other providing a means of checks and balances. All of this was by design to limit and control the power of any single individual or group of individuals over the people”.

4. Additionally, The Congress has the right today, as seen in the Constitutional Topic, as a means of checks and balances.

5. The last time I checked The President of The United States of America needs money to fund military actions. Who controls the funding for this?  The Congress!   They can stop it at any damn time they so choose. It just so happens that, so far, they do not have the balls to do as the nation tells them to do!

6. McCain wishes to declare this action as unconstitutional? One person on the CNN board said it best: “I also didn’t see him crying foul about unconstitutional provisions in the Patriot Act that he voted for without reading. When he took office he took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. How can he do that if he can’t be bothered to read legislation before he supports it. Barney Frank and Ron Paul voted NO to the Patriot Act specifically for this reason. No one would let them read it first.” Another good comment from a user of the CNN message board was, “This administration has done more to damage our constitutional rights than any other. Regulating the war is not unconstitutional, but the representative in congress’ responsibilities.”

Sen John McCain, and all other neo-con wannabees, wish to label anyone not for this action in Iraq as Un-American. That is right, upholding the Constitution of the United States of America is un-American. Protecting our troops is un-American. Demanding that shrub and his puppets stop wasting 10 billion dollars a month of tax money in Iraq and do the right thing and hunt down and kill bin laden and his crew, is un American. John McCain you are a fucking jack ass. You are a disgrace to this nation. You are a disgrace to those brave men and woman in Iraq and those that have been killed there.

Unconstitutional, Mr. McCain, is dumb fucks like yourself supporting the disgrace of a President that we currently have. Unconstitutional, Mr. McCain, is allowing Gitmo to remain open.
Unconstitutional, Mr. McCain, is waging a military action against Iraq in the first place when we were attacked by Bin Laden and your fucking bastard buddy Bush refuses to go after those that protect him.
Unconstitutional, Mr.McCain, is the Patriot Act. The Patriot Act that you voted for and still defend to this very day.
Unconstitutional, Mr. McCain, is the illegal wire tapping as done by shrub, that you still support to this very day.

Sen. John McCain in one short interview has shown the entire nation what he is about, nothing. He is nothing more then a copy of George W. Bush. He is an elected Senator and does not even know what he has sworn to uphold and protect. In the GOP I know they have some good people left. John McCain is not one of them! Vote against John McCain for the protection of this nation and our constitution!

I would like to end with a comment from one of our founding fathers:

The executive has no right, in any case, to decide the question, whether there is or is not cause for declaring war. –James Madison.
